I
Relative to your understanding of the norm's of other people around you...
Tend to spend a greater amount of my leisure time away from social gatherings and groups of people and instead focus on your own activities or those people closely connected to you (In a smaller group). Don't actively seek to or attempt to be the instigator of social events; you are more coerced than a willing participant in workplace social events. You enjoy more solitary events and the time it allows you to focus on your thoughts and objectives. You are not interested in a wide circle of acquaintances. You prefer not to be involved in large gatherings of people such as Music concerts, Political Demonstrations or Large Sporting events. |
N
Compared to others...
You easily see the potential ways in which a sequence of events could develop relative to other people. You see the inherent strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats that others seem oblivious to. You easily see the general principles behind arguments and statements of fact. You tend to think about future events and see how these fit with your current and future plans; your plans are mapped out usually well in advance of others. You speculate about various options rather than acting immediately. You don't get bored with theoretical books and manuals and will follow theoretical alternatives if they appear better than your own experiences. |
T
In relation to others...
You trust reason more than feelings; your actions are rarely affected by emotions. You think almost everything can be analysed and therefore reasonably predicted. The scientific approach method is the best. You try to stand firmly behind your principles, you value justice above mercy. You don't get involved with TV soaps and are not excited easily. You don't generally tend to sympathize or empathize with the concerns of others outside your personal group. You don't like to/or find it difficult to express (or actively repress) your emotions. |
P
In relation to others...
You tend to see rules, deadlines, appointments and tasks as relative to achieving a good outcome. If I work late I can come in late. Too much planning gets in the way of improvisation required to suit changing circumstances. I prefer not to plan too far into the future. You don’t like to be too regimented with routines. You are more relaxed than others when things get chaotic, unstructured situations have a lot of advantages. Given the choice you’d prefer to be an independent autonomous expert rather than a general manager. You tend to be engaged in a multitude of ideas/activities which means you cannot be as tidy and methodical as others may like. |
