    Default Mind-Body Pioneer

The mind-body connection is stronger than you think.

Default psychology and the manifestation of stress

I've always believed that the human mind is able to recreate the amplitude that the bodies autonomic and other systems do naturally. If you are ill your body heats up to stop virus replication, I believe it is possible to recreate this if you can tap into the brains appropriate "sympathetic" network on this.

I find stress interesting though, the manifestation of physical conditions that emanate from the mind is remarkable. I always come back to the same conclusion that it’s like an animal in the last stages of life as its being attacked by predator. I think stress is a very recent development in mankind and its effects synthesise the final stages of life in a predatory environment.

As I have said about the senses with men more focused on seeing, and women more on hearing.. I think stress manifests itself in "touch" with our nerves.

    Eh?

I'm more scientific and prescriptive.... so these types of works just don't connect to my way of thinking. Many people seem to want to connect with many people, I believe its better to strongly connect with the target group that you relate to.
