Interesting data showing the propensity of types to look at their own and others typings.

One slight issue could be raised on the propensity of types to look at other types of profiles and thus slightly skew the incidence. But irrespective it pretty much shows that INTJ's are the "Curious George" types. (I think that was the name of a monkey cartoon lol...)

Anyway, as follows. (I'm not going to give away the exact source as its a flow of traffic on the net that is business confidential). Lets just say its of high quality, and comparable between types in search relevance.

Another source would be google analytics and so forth. I'll provide those some time I guess. But, the relationship is pretty constant. 1) That the Intuitives look most for information 2) That introverts spend more time online? and therefore look more for information. 3) That Thinking and Judging have correlations with the ordered structure and process of the "internet" with Thinking Judgers most interested in the internet.

Looking at Google adwords here are some more proxies for searches conducted by types. They are more "banded and aggregated" in the volumes presented as they are designed as indicative traffic flows rather than actuals as in the last post.

Looking at the groups of types it is once more clearly apparent that 1) Intuitives are most interested in type and understanding 2) That Extroverted intuitives conduct less searches than Introverted types (Which would to me be indicative of seeking information from others? rather than from a formal source? My guess though really is that extroverted types spend less time gathering information as they spend more time being extroverted. Anyway 3) The Introverted sensors look for more information than extroverted ones (As in 2).

So Essentially it goes like this. Intuitiveness has the greatest correlation with deep undertstanding of topics (With Introverts more pronounced than extroverts) With Sensors about 1/3 as likely to seek the same information (Once again introverts more interested than extroverts).
