I was reading that some people at Micr*s*ft claimed to have a majority of ENTJ's working there... which was rebutted that in fact their might be more likely a majority of INTJs.

However some else pointed out that SJ's and NP's are actually the best at programming... And I actually believe this.

Why are SJ's and NP's better at programming?

Well, if SJ's are more here,now action orientated with significantly enhanced abilities to straight line A to B problem solve, then they should nail programming (And they do, I know).

Similar to with NP's. Why? Well, just as NP's tend to have very fine grammatical skills..programming is a language and never underestimate their ability to comprehend programming languages and the finest of process required in scripting.

As for INTJ's and ENTJ's.. well, yes because of their TJ's they should be able to program... but the ENTJ's want to be out there telling everyone about the next great thing...and coordinating it. The INTJ's want to be doing strategy and R&D... coding and compling would (should) eventually frustrate them.

Although, perhaps Microsocks does have lots of ENTJs and INTJs... thats why Vist* is a marketing success yet has bugs the size of dinasaurs running through the scripts...
