Default Bowel Cancer - Animal fats and chemicals.

A while ago I came up with a theory relating to bowel cancer, and that while high intakes of meat are correlated to the disease, it might actually be the animal fat that actual plays the greater part.

Essentially, I noticed that the body excretes whatever (I forget in detail) in the lower bowel which breaks down solid fats.. Which made me wonder if farm pesticides could be retained in animal fat (Like Marijuana in human fat) and this was released in the lower bowel in concentration.

However, some months ago, I read that processed meats (Esp Sausages) was implicated in bowel cancer due to all the chemicals added in their processing...

However, I do wonder, if the high concentrations of animal fats in processed sausages act as a sponge with these chemicals thus impacting where they are broken down...

Default Double slit experiment - Quantum physics

Well, I was pondering the double slit experiment a couple of months ago (to essentially solve the phenomena) as I essentially have a gut feeling it is WRONG.

A few days ago an (the ) answer jumped into my mind, my subconsciousness must have been grinding away on it (It was bugging me so it was being worked on).

Anyway, take a look at this video and then read my hypothesis below... It doesn't refute that electrons travel in waves, but it does suggest that they equally may not.

YouTube - Dr Quantum - Double Slit Experiment

Ok, I'll work my way through the video explaining what I am interpreting.

At 0.30 Seconds. The marbles are heavy objects. If they were lighter I would expect more dispersion on the back wall.

The second slit with the marbles makes no difference. They travel virtually unchanged in their intended trajectory.

At 1.30 Minutes. Ok, the classic wave interference pattern.

At 2.00 Minutes "An electron is a tiny tiny piece of matter"

At 2.25 - An interference pattern occurring due to firing electrons through the slits.

*This is where I have a big issue with their conclusions*.

The electrons could easily be travelling through the medium "Air" and individually they could be creating their own waves in that medium. As electrons travel through either slit they collectively create waves which then create the pattern. Hence, it is plausible that the electrons do not travel as a wave, it is just the medium they are travelling through creates the waves. (Imagine for instance the electrons creating compression waves as they travel through the medium (air), hence as they pass through the slits these waves become distorted and alter the trajectory of the electrons).

    Lets continue...

Hence at 3.05 minutes the electrons being individually fired through the slits still achieve a wave pattern.

Why? Well, if the electrons travelling through a medium create wave patterns then it stands to reason that when the wave hits the other slit it then interacts with the electrons trajectory on the other side.

At 3.15 minutes I personally see low grade scientists coming up with crazy and stupid theories. Sure, anything is possible.. but, surely they should cover the basic scenarios and clear those before asserting wild ideas.

At 3.30 we have the classic math types (who are not imaginative people) who I simply despise . (biggest problem is that imaginative people that science requires are killed off by this sort of process before they ever get a chance to propose new ideas that these math types could never even envisage (Rant)).

At 4.00 They do actually show the electron travelling through the medium with shock waves travelling behind, but these electrons will have a compression wave area directly in front of them as they travel though the medium.

At 4.05. The direct observation has either introduced other interference (light etc) or this isn't science. Looks like there are significant issues with their experimental tests and theres lots of degradation in the "sterile" environment. Sorry, completely rubbish that measuring the outcome and measuring the entry point leads to completely different results.

So, it seems that nothing is proved with the double slit experiment, as they cannot comprehensively measure issues or negate external events affecting the experiment. Sure, the outcome is irrefutable, but the absolute mechanism by how it is achieved is still open for debate.

I believe everything travels as a wave where there is sufficient resistance of the medium they travel through.

Hmmm.. but why does the medium create waves?... now that is interesting. (Effectively Sound, light and every type of energy is creating waves as it traverses between points, but why does energy dissipate as waves? Why does the medium yield in a way that creates waves? (The plausible answer is that everything is connected to varying degrees)... is the path of least resistance the points between the amplitude, with the max amplitude indicating resistance in excess of the dissipating energy wave...hmmmmm).

    Default Intellectual inefficiency

I've always maintained that the education system should do far more for students to understand themselves and others.

In terms of pure financial economics if you know the Billions that are spent on education it is not hard to see how the poor management of this resource does not achieve an optimal return.

Imagine a company spending billions a year on research and development or just simply selling product. Wouldn't its shareholders want to know if the product was what the market wanted?

If the Education system is the maker of the product then the student is the equivalent of the wholesaler and the end buyer is commerce & industry.

So, aren't students deserving of knowing the expected outcomes of their education given that the government now places large loans on them that they are obliged to repay?? Like the payback of various courses is worthless and even that the government shouldn't be offering taxpayer funds for their use?

In Britain (And I'd say the US) there is no national strategy for the use of student outputs, it’s just like a Soviet style command and control process where the same constant product is manufactured. Just because students want certain course does not mean the market wants them... And the students don't have that market knowledge.

Just as we test academically children, we should psychometric them as well. If the education system had half a brain then many questions posed to children as part of their education could focusing on developing various strengths and weaknesses, like divergent thinking as well as pure regurgitation of mind numbing facts. (Divergent thinking is paid token respect in the education system, but it's what creates strategic advantage for nations). I sincerely believe divergent thinking can be improved in students, but you need to start early, just as the mind learns languages earlier in life I believe the process of the increasingly divergent and conceptualist mind starts and exponentially grows from an earlier age). People who have graduated are far too late to really be divergently creative, they can't even generally conceive the language.

I'd like to see classes divided more along the lines of conceptualist type kids and those that were process monkeys. From what I have noticed is that there are many very lateral thinking blue collar workers that probably would have thrived academically in an environment that was more thought provoking (Has anyone actually thought that some of these types are dyslexic because their brain is so pattern forming that they don't see discrete pieces of information?). At the moment I see masses of linear thinkers in roles that require strategic thinking simply because they succeeded academically due to good short term memory recall.

Anyway, there seems to be lots of people that migrate around many jobs before they find their true vocation, and I'd say that understanding their psychological profile would enable them to migrate to where they are most happy at a quicker rate and with more efficiency.

Billions of additional economic output as a consequence... for less educational spend.

    Default Emperors nearly new clothing...

    Well,

Just noted that arrears by tenants in houses have crept up to 7%. Something that I said could happen to landlords and could mean they wouldn't be able to meet their mortgage repayments even where there is a demand for places to rent. That’s the thing; nobody is insulated from economic conditions. Once houses drop in value by more than 20% it will erode all the highly geared landlords and possibly lead to Banks making calls for equity top ups in order to refinance.. Creating a downward spiral as landlords start selling marginal properties.

Anyway, our ever wise Minister of Finance somehow forgot the lessons of the ERM exit in the 1990s and thought he could beat the market by buying his very own Pet rock with tax payer’s money, yes, the bank called the Northern Rock. It just announced a loss of approx £600 million and by the looks of it has another billion in arrears on loans by mortgagees. Thanks Minister for placing our money into financial markets when you should really let them run themselves. Idiot.

I've made many suggestions in the past about containing consumer debt, primarily that there should be no recourse through the courts and therefore there wouldn't have been all this easy credit misery that’s now upon us... but alas like pigs at a trough the government was more interested in living for the day and being showered in accolades rather than creating sustainable conditions.

Anyway, more importantly.. I've written an-other article for animal mind (tm) which I'll try to post tomorrow. I'm ok about it; I'll improve it over time as my subconscious works on it refining it into a polished article... well, that’s what I'd like to think...

Well, after my bullet point article about patterns I think I need to explain what I mean by them...baited breath I'm sure...
