    Default Personality type test check

I'd recommend this test to anyone that knows their type.

Why? Because quite a few people that take it (and I mean a significant portion) of INTJs actually are not labelled as definitely INTJs, which in my experience with discussions with them would tend to make me agree with the test.

I believe that a number of people take the same test quite often and subconsciously start ticking boxes that fit with what they'd like to be. In effect they migrate to where they'd like to be, rather than what they are (Not suggest though this is not a bad thing to migrate to.. although its a 5-10 year process and requires digging up your subconscious and consciously reprogramming prior experince/learning).

    Anyway, here's the test.

    My results came back as

GOD's scores on the main set of questions:

    Extraversion (E): 11 24 (I) Introversion
    Sensing (S): 0 68 (N) iNtuition
    Thinking (T): 78 9 (F) Feeling
    Judging (J): 19 4 (P) Perceiving

    You scored as an INTJ.

    Yada Yada Yada...

According to the supplementary scores, GOD could be an EXXX or an IXXX. These are opposite types, because the supplementary questions measure for preferences that opposite types share in common. See the FAQ for an explanation.

These results are consistent with your score as an INTJ.

    That's interesting, I took it..

louie's scores on the main set of questions:

    Extraversion (E): 8 49 : (I) Introversion
    Sensing (S): 0 90 : (N) iNtuition
    Thinking (T): 20 72 : (F) Feeling
    Judging (J): 0 73 : (P) Perceiving

    You scored as an INFP.

Assuming that you are an INFP,
Your DOMINANT function is Introverted Feeling.
Your AUXILIARY function is Extraverted Intuition.
Your TERTIARY function is Introverted Sensing.
Your INFERIOR function is Extraverted Thinking.

    then:

louie's scores on the supplementary questions:

    Extraverted Thinking / Introverted Feeling : 25
    Extraverted Feeling / Introverted Thinking : 28

    Extraverted Intuition / Introverted Sensing : 23
    Extraverted Sensing / Introverted Intuition : 28

Rationality (Dominant Judging Function) : 33
    A-rationality (Dominant Perceiving Function) : 21

According to the supplementary scores, louie could be an ENFJ or an ISTP. These are opposite types, because the supplementary questions measure for preferences that opposite types share in common. See the FAQ for an explanation.

These results conflict with the evaluation of louie as an INFP

I told you, a lot of people conflict with their underlying initial type.

One thing though, the more you do the same test (like people online seem to do the same free online test more than a couple of times) then they can just gravitate to what type they'd like to be. I believe the first time you take the test is closest to your subconscious self type, and future subsequent tests tend to indicate your preferred mode (conscious orientation).

I'd say you are an N, simply because of your inquisitive nature. Inquisitive minds will always have observations and theories and therefore be someone intuitive.

Aaarh, well the first time (test taken) was Psychology Uni lectures by one of our Psychos. Was INFP.

The type test check is interesting, and I am sure some people are inclined to gravitate to the type they want to be...it raises very pertinent points about people.

    Extraversion (E): 10 57 : (I) Introversion
    Sensing (S): 0 93 : (N) iNtuition
    Thinking (T): 125 6 : (F) Feeling
    Judging (J): 62 23 : (P) Perceiving

    You scored as an INTJ.

Assuming that you are an INTJ,
Your DOMINANT function is Introverted Intuition.
Your AUXILIARY function is Extraverted Thinking.
Your TERTIARY function is Introverted Feeling.
Your INFERIOR function is Extraverted Sensing.

Please bear in mind that the supplementary questions are experimental and may be highly unreliable. If these scores conflict with your previous scores, it is probably because the questions are still not reliable enough.

Adrian's scores on the supplementary questions:

    Extraverted Thinking / Introverted Feeling : 49
    Extraverted Feeling / Introverted Thinking : 27

    Extraverted Intuition / Introverted Sensing : 19
    Extraverted Sensing / Introverted Intuition : 39

Rationality (Dominant Judging Function) : 69
    A-rationality (Dominant Perceiving Function) : 0

This has a relative consistency with prior type tests I have undergone. 89% of tests (inclusive of this) have categorised my personality as INTJ, the remaining 11% classified me as: INTP (circa. 7%) and ISTJ (circa. 4%).

NT reports seem somewhat accurate to prior results, however there appears to be variation in the judging function (increased score).
