I have written a very quick rundown on what I see as being of benefit to INTJs looking for careers in the commercial world.

Hopefully there is one or 2 pointers there that makes them aware of the "lay of the land" and so forth.

Obviously I cannot be absolutely prescriptive on exactly what roles should be sought other than general types of roles which are more likely to correlate with their temperament.

There are some typos and so forth in the article that need to be fixed up as well as more things that need to be discussed. Hopefully eventually it can act as some sort of "Meta Mentor" article for newbie INTJs looking to kick butt in the commercial world.
