Pattern IQ test

Here's a pattern recognition test that is based on Raven’s Progressive Matrices, during MRI scan's Autistics were found to answer these types of questions quicker than non autistics. The basis being that Autistics used their occipital cortex more that non autistics that used their pre frontal cortex.

Anyway here's the test, I personally don't agree that defines anything other than a "correlation" of perceptiveness.

Nb: I personally think Autistics are faster at this because they have developed a heightened ability in the occipital cortex as a defence against a weakened ability in the prefrontal areas and/or the prefrontal areas while acting as a filter to improve decision making can actually inhibit natural response times. I.e. Basically acting or not acting on instinct.

thanks. though this IQ test is useful, there are many limitations to an IQ test that only targets specific areas of the mind. I think IQ tests inherently are flawed anyway and don't assess the full range of intellectual capabilities.

but the test you mentioned is useful and is at least partially accurate in some respects
